About Me
After graduating from Pepperdine University in 2018 with honors, I began my career as a therapist within a residential/intensive outpatient program for eating disorders.
Through valuable experience and training, I noticed connections and comorbidities between these disorders and other anxiety-related conditions, such as OCD.
Today, I specialize in OCD and anxiety treatment, having dedicated seven years to the field within both private practice and intensive outpatient settings.
With expert training in eating disorders as well as OCD and anxiety disorders, I am passionate about offering more resources and insights into the lesser-known and nuanced aspects of navigating these complex issues on an individual basis. Please visit my Resource page or Articles page for additional information and worksheets!
As a native of California, my practice is based in Goleta, and I am licensed to provide tele-health services throughout the state. Additionally, I am a member of the Psi Chi National Psychology Honors Society, the California Association of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT), and the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF).
