Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is often used in combination with ERP for a more holistic approach to treatment. Additionally, Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) is another emerging approach that can be combined with ERP for an added perspective. I also treat commonly co-occurring issues that arise with OCD, such as: insomnia, perfectionism, emetophobia, and body focused repetitive behaviors (trichotillomania, etc.)

Anxiety
The areas I target are: generalized anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, phobias, panic disorders (such as agoraphobia), and more. You will learn a variety of practical tools to help you build a better relationship with your anxiety, instead of having to rely on short-term distraction techniques that keep you feeling stuck.

Eating Disorders
For young adults and adolescents, Family Based Therapy (FBT) is recommended. I work with Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), Binge Eating Disorder (BED), Body Image Distress, and more.
