Treatments Available

  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

    Exposure Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) is considered the gold standard treatment for OCD, and is currently the leading evidence-based practice to help you find relief. ERP is a skills-based approach where you learn to become the expert of your OCD.

  • Anxiety

    A form of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (ERP) has been adapted specifically for anxiety disorders. This includes being able to identify unhelpful coping behaviors (known as "safety behaviors") that make the cycle of anxiety grow overtime, and gradually eliminating those behaviors to have a better relationship with your thoughts and feelings.

  • Eating Disorder

    Eating disorder treatment is sometimes a complex and multi-faceted approach that may involve a treatment team (such as a registered dietician, doctor, etc). This is determined based on individual circumstances.

What if my insurance plan is not listed in the policies accepted?

You can work with me by paying out of pocket if your insurance doesn’t match my practice.

Most insurance plans offer “out-of-network” benefits, and will cover a percentage of the costs (typically 40-80%).

I make the process of insurance reimbursement quick and simple so that you can access out-of-network benefits with ease. Please feel free to ask me questions about this!

How do I find out if I can use my insurance?

Use the website Headway linked here to check if I take your insurance.

There is a tool on my Headway profile that says “check costs” you can use to see if your plan is one that I accept and also what your co-pay will be.  

What’s your therapy style?

My style is affirming, warm, and open minded. My goal is to make treatment feel safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I focus on leading research in the field to give you the most current evidence-based practices.
